Frequently Asked Questions

Provider tickets are for senior living provider groups, owners and operators. Vendor tickets are for finance, technology, consulting and other roles that do not directly own and/or operate a senior living community.

• Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee.

• Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the event start date are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for tickets not used.

• Substitutions may be permitted prior to the event at no additional cost. Please email events@arrowfly.com for more information.

• In the event that Arrowfly must cancel or reschedule an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future Arrowfly event, at Arrowfly’s discretion.

A ticket to Sales & Marketing Conference includes access to all sessions, as well as one reception, one lunch, and breakfast and refreshments on both days of the event.

If your organization owns or invests in a provider or providers in this space, your firm is classified as a private equity investor. If you wish to get the provider pricing, you would need to use that organization’s email system/domain to register for the ticket to qualify as a provider. No exceptions.
